The Health Policy and Management Program at Providence College will hold the Spring 2014 Health Care Leadership Forum
on Tuesday, April 15, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. in Aquinas Hall Lounge on
campus. Each year, we bring innovators in health care delivery to the
College to address emerging topics and current challenges facing
providers, purchasers of care, and patients in southeastern New England.
This year’s forum features a keynote lecture by geriatrician David Dosa, M.D., associate professor of medicine at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and author of Making Rounds with Oscar,
followed by a lively panel discussion. Our panelists will explore
Alzheimer’s disease as a case study in end-of-life care. Discussions
will include what it means to be a caregiver, how to become an advocate
for high-quality care, and how to love and let go when death is near.
We hope you are able to attend.
