 Urban Action Celebrates 20 Years
Since 1991, over 2,500 students have participated in Urban Action and close to 40,000 service hours have been donated to the greater Providence area. Join us April 16th, 2011 to celebrate Urban Action and all that it has meant to students at Providence College.
The day will open with a brunch and include time to celebrate, time to reminisce, and of course time to participate in a local service program. It will also be a wonderful time for alumni of the program to have the opportunity to meet current participants.
Schedule:
8:30-9:30am Registration, Slavin Lower Level
9:30-11:00am 20th Anniversary Celebration including Breakfast, McPhail's
11:30-2:30pm Service Program at Neutaconkanut Hill Conservancy, Providence
3:00-5:00pm Gather back at campus for refreshments and student entertainment
Registration for this event is $30.00 per person and includes a commemorative T-shirt.
