National Alumni Association to revise Constitution and Bylaws

The National Alumni Association Board of Governors, at their April 2010 meeting, unanimously voted to propose revisions to the National Alumni Association Constitution and Bylaws. Click here to view the proposed changes.

All comments and concerns are welcomed to be expressed by the general alumni population at a special meeting of the board on Thursday, June 24, 2010, at 4:30 p.m., in Martin Hall. Upon the conclusion of this meeting, all active members of the Providence College National Alumni Association in attendance will be eligible to vote on each proposed amendment.
