Alumni Feedback Requested for Diversity Initiatives Committee Report
The report contains a draft Strategic Plan for Diversity, as well as recommendations for the creation of an Office of Institutional Diversity and the hiring of a Chief Diversity Officer.
The plan, based on two years of committee research and discussion, identifies ways in which the College could:
- Enhance recruitment efforts of diverse students, faculty, staff, and administrators
- Better support diverse members of the campus community through services and programs
- Enhance the curriculum with increasingly diverse perspectives
- Create a more welcoming campus environment for all
