Psychology professor Dr. Thomas Guilmette ’78 will discuss how you can keep your mind sharp while in quarantine. He’ll also review research on the normal and abnormal processes associated with aging and cognition and discuss interventions to enhance healthy cognition with increasing age.

Brittany Price ’18, who taught the popular “Butts, Guts, and Groove” workout class while she was a student at PC, will host a 60-minute, all-levels Zumba class that will help you break a sweat and get you ready for your Saturday. The Happiness Hour with Father Shanley

As an extension of our “Get Mindful, Get Moving” week, this exclusive Friar T.I.E.S. offering will definitely bring you joy. Enjoy a Zoom meet-up with special guest College President Rev. Brian J. Shanley, O.P. ’80. Father Shanley will discuss one of his favorite podcasts, “The Happiness Lab.” Regularly ranked among the top podcasts in the U.S., “The Happiness Lab” examines the latest scientific research on happiness and practical tips on everyday wellbeing.
This session is open to everyone and participants do not need to be regular listeners to the podcast.
