In this episode, we talk with E.C. Osondu, associate professor of English and recent recipient of the BOA Prize for Short Fiction for his collection, Alien Stories. Born and raised in Nigeria, Osondu discussed the influence of his heritage on his writing, what it’s like to nurture young writers in Providence College’s Creative Writing Program, and how his writing evolved after immigrating to the United States.
Osondu’s most recent piece is a quarantine-themed fiction, Neighbors.

A Night at the Theatre: A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Check out a recording of the spring 2016 production of William Shakepeare’s classic comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Afterwards, several actors from the production and a faculty member from the Theatre, Dance, and Film Department will discuss their experience with the production.
