Thoughtful leaders who care about Providence College are vital to our future. PC acknowledges the support of our generous benefactors in many ways, including the following leadership giving societies.

St. Dominic Society

St. Dominic Society is the leadership giving society at Providence College. With more than 2,000 donors, the St. Dominic Society provides generous support to help PC attract a more diverse student population by ensuring greater access to financial aid, enhanced academic programs, improved academic and athletic facilities, and increased financial stability.

Centennial Circle $100,000 and above
Founders Circle $50,000 to $99,999

Trustees Circle $25,000 to $49,999
Presidents Circle $10,000 to $24,999

Veritas Circle $5,000 to $9,999
Benefactors Circle $1,917 to $4,999

Young Alumni St. Dominic Society

As a member of the Young Alumni St. Dominic Society, you have the opportunity to support PC in a way that will distinguish you as a leadership-level donor among your peers. The Young Alumni St. Dominic Society recognizes leadership giving based on year of graduation.

St. Dominic Society Levels for Recent Graduates

1-5 years out: $100+
6-10 years out: $500+
11-14 years out: $1,000+
15 years out: $1,917+

As a member of the Young Alumni St. Dominic Society, you receive:

  • Invitations to special networking and social events in various regional areas
  • Exclusive communication for the Office of the President
  • Prominent listing in the Providence College Annual Donor Report

1917 Society

Since its founding in 1917, Providence College has been blessed with loyal and supportive alumni and friends. For over 92 years now the generosity and concern of this growing PC family remains a great source of strength for the College.

In acknowledgment of those who have given so much over their lifetime, the 1917 Society recognizes cumulative lifetime giving to Providence College. Membership is extended to donors who have contributed at one of the four 1917 Society giving levels during his/her lifetime:

  • Platinum Torchbearer $1,000,000 and above
  • Gold Torchbearer $750,000 to $999,999
  • Silver Torchbearer $500,000 to $749,999
  • Bronze Torchbearer $250,000 to $499,999

The Harkins Society

Named in honor of Harkins Hall, the Harkins Society recognizes benefactors who have named Providence College in their estate plans through bequests or other types of deferred gifts.
