Exclusive Events for the Class of 1959

Friday, May 31

Golden Friar Campus Transformation Tour
2 – 4 p.m.
Departs from St. Dominic Chapel

Tour the campus on a train of golf carts. Stops include several new areas of campus, including the Ruane Friar Development Center, Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium, the Arthur F. and Patricia Ryan Center for Business Studies, the Smith Center for the Arts, and the Ruane Center for the Humanities.

Golden Friar Mass and Dinner
5 p.m.
St. Dominic Chapel; tent at Phillips Memorial Library
Two tickets complimentary

Dominican priests will concelebrate Mass and welcome the Class of 1969 to the Golden Friar ranks. Official class photos and a dinner under a beautiful tent will follow. Recipients of the National Alumni Association Council awards will be recognized at the dinner. Please call 401.865.1909 for additional tickets. Dress code is jacket for men and pants/skirt/dress for women.

Saturday, June 1

Class of ’59 Tour and Lunch
11 a.m.
Departs from the Ruane Friar Development Center
Lunch: $25 per person

Members of the iconic Friars Club will give a detailed campus tour highlighting the transformation that has taken place over recent years with a focus on the athletics facilities. The tour will end at the Arthur F. and Patricia Ryan Center for Business Studies with a formal lunch just for the Class of ’59.
