Where do I check in and pick up my tickets??

There will be students on hand to assist with luggage to your hall/room. We recommend checking into housing before checking in for the weekend. There needs to be at least one person in your group to check in to housing.
What are the bookstore hours?
Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.?
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.?
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
What are the Dunkin Donuts hours? (located in lower Slavin)?
Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.?
Saturday: 8 a.m. – noon

Will there be transportation to and from downtown hotels?
Yes, transportation to and from downtown hotels will be provided on Friday evening and throughout the day and evening on Saturday. Please take note that there will be road closures due to the Providence International Arts Festival (PVDFEST). This may delay shuttles. Please plan appropriately.
What if it rains??
Please call the main phone line at 401.865.2414 for up-to-date information regarding rain locations for the weekend events. The rain location for Return to Friartown and the BBQ is the Peterson Rec Center.
Will I have access to the gym on campus?
Yes. The Concannon Fitness Center including men’s and women’s locker rooms will be available on Sat., June 4, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The locker rooms have showers, but towel service is not provided.
Where should I park once I’m on campus?
Parking will be available in the following locations:
Behind Phillips Memorial Library
Guests staying in our on-campus accommodations in Davis Hall, Bedford Hall, Suites Hall, and Cunningham for the weekend can park their car in the Glay Field lot but must enter through the Eaton Street gates.
There will be shuttle transportation available for guests on Friday and Saturday of Reunion Weekend.
I am staying in on-campus housing for Reunion Weekend; are the residence halls air-conditioned??
Yes. Suites, Davis, Cunningham, and Bedford Halls are air conditioned.
Please remember the following will be provided for your stay: one linen package per person, which includes one set of linens (two sheets and a pillowcase), one blanket, one pillow, one bath towel, and face towel. Accommodations will not include telephone or voicemail, toiletries, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, clothes hangers, television, coffee maker, plates, glasses, or utensils.
Will there be class photos taken during Reunion Weekend??
Yes. Each class will have a class photo taken during the weekend.
The classes of ’51, ’55, ’61, and ’66 will have their photos taken after the Golden Friar Mass.
The Class of ’91 will have its photo taken at the 25th anniversary event.
All other classes will have their photo taken at the BBQ between 3 and 4 p.m.
What is the menu for the BBQ?
Chili, corn bread, chips and dip, and chips and salsa; hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ chicken, veggie burgers, potato salad, cole slaw, and pasta salad; grilled vegetables and watermelon; cookies and novelty ice cream; soda and water; alcohol tickets for BBQ are cash only
Do the bars at the events take credit cards?
No. Please bring cash. There is a Santander Bank ATM in the Slavin Center.
What is the suggested attire for the different events?
Golden Friar Dinner: jacket and slacks, tie optional; dress, skirt, or dress pants for women?
NAA Awards brunch: business casual
BBQ: summer casual (shorts, t-shirt, sundress, etc.)?
’66, ’61 & ’56 dinner: business casual
Where can I change or freshen up between events during the day without going back to my hotel?
The men and women’s locker rooms in the Concannon Fitness Center will be available for alumni to use. The locker rooms also have showers.
Which events are “family friendly”?
Friday: Return to Friartown?
Saturday: The BBQ will have a Kids Zone with activities such as a moon bounce and Friar Kids Play ?
Sunday: Mass and brunch
